- Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Proven track record on online content management.
- 2 - 3 years? experience in Hospitality, eCommerce, OTA, FMCG/retail industry/beauty magazine or Online Shopping Marketplace is an advantage.
- 1 year of account servicing and practical experience in social media platforms.
- Understanding of social media trends and best practices across the digital and new media sectors.
- Good communication and project management skills.
- Good communication skills in English is a must-have.
- Proficiency in an additional language is a plus point.
Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with Business Units, internal & external counterparts, and various stakeholders including property Managers and graphic designers to deliver engaging content for social media and blogs.
- Manage strategy for all Social Media platforms, including content creation, posting and monitoring.
- Manage various forms of content that cover both digital and traditional channels, including articles, web blogs, Facebook, Instagram, and other outlets.
- Develop and maintain content distribution calendars for targeted audiences to align business needs with product promotions.
Develop, execute and track promotional campaigns on Social Media platforms.
- Provide strategic social media advice and guidance to property Managers as well as to other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct research to enhance content, e.g. identifying relevant topics, fact-checking and analyzing sources to generate information.
- Adhere to our brand and visual identity while maintaining a high bar on quality.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage various accounts in a timely and professional manner.
- Responsible for Google Analytics and Facebook insight analysis & tracking.
